WhatsApp Business is a communication application based on WhatsApp Messenger, and it focuses more on business communication. 

Main features

• Business profile - create a business profile to offer some valuable information such as the website, location, or contact information to help customers find the business more easily and quickly.

• Business messaging tools - a range of messaging tools to help businesses be more responsive to their customers such as Away messages used for indicating when the business is unavailable, and Greeting messages used for replying the message that customers send for first time to introduce businesses themselves.

• Landline/fixed number support - a landline or fixed phone number is allowed to use, which customers can message the business. During verification, select the "call me" option to receive the verification code over a phone call.

• Run both WhatsApp Messenger and WhatsApp Business - it is allowed for Businesses to use both WhatsApp Messenger and WhatsApp Business apps on the same device, but each app must have its own unique phone number.

• WhatsApp Web - businesses can respond to customers on web-based platform on a computer's browser, which makes business more efficiently.
